What is the standard shipping time for furniture orders?
Most of our home decor and furniture items are processed within 2-3 business days. Depending on your location, standard delivery typically takes between 5 to 10 business days.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, SOHO ships to all 50 U.S. states and select provinces in Canada. We are working on expanding our logistics to support more international destinations soon.
What is your return policy for home goods?
We offer a 30-day return window for most items in their original packaging. Please note that custom-made furniture and final sale items are not eligible for returns.
Are your materials sustainably sourced?
At SOHO, we prioritize ethical craftsmanship. Over 70% of our wood products are FSC-certified, and we use recycled textiles in our upholstery whenever possible.
How can I track my order status?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to our carrier's portal to monitor your delivery in real-time.
