At SOHO, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home curation. If a piece doesn't perfectly fit your space, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Carefully pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all hardware, manuals, and protective inserts are included to prevent damage during transit.
Attach the Label
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then securely affix it to the outside of your box over any previous shipping marks.
Drop Off and Refund
Hand over your package to the designated carrier; once our warehouse inspects the return, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
